Anyone, anywhere can step up for stroke. Choose an activity that you can easily and safely do, then set a goal that incorporates the number 89 — learn 89 new words, do 89 cartwheels, pick up 89 pieces of roadside debris, the sky’s the limit! It’s our way of acknowledging the over 89,000 strokes that happen in Canada every year. That’s one stroke every six minutes.
