Yet another group of Anglo-Quebecers gears up to challenge Bill 96

Bill 96, the Quebec law that modifies the French language charter is being contested yet again in the courts. This time, an alliance of 23 municipalities across Quebec is taking legal action. The mayors argue Bill 96 infringes on their right to provide services in languages other than French. Global's Tim Sargeant reports.
